How We Work

Consultation

Our Founder, Bryan, meets with every client. The goal is to understand the business outcomes you are trying to achieve and the best methods to help you reach them, within an agreed upon timeline and budget.

PO3 Alignment

We meet with key stakeholders to define and align on PO3 (purpose, outputs, and outcomes) of the project. This synchronizes expectations and sets the project roadmap.
